Sikora of the Massachusetts Appeals Court as well as the Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services.  After law school Bill handled Social Security Disability cases.  He has worked on several hundred disability cases and conducted over fifty hearings before Administrative Law Judges.

Kathleen Fisher (Brekka) joined the firm in January 2024. After graduating from law school in 2016, Kathleen practiced at Sankey Law Offices for seven years in the areas of special education law, guardianships, special needs trusts, and employment discrimination.  At Brekka & Brekka, Kathleen continues to represent families through the adult guardianship process and families of students with special education needs before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals. She also advises clients regarding special needs trusts and guardianship alternatives, such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies.
